We will need to collect the following information to process your order online:

Delivery and billing address
Item purchased, value and method of payment.
Any pictures you send us for clothing and hair reference (These will be deleted as soon as you've happily received your order. After the 48 hr initial period.)

The information we gather is required solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details are also collected through enquiries, emails and quotes.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

Internal record keeping. (HMRC)
Creating, dispatching and in some circumstances, contacting you regarding your order.

INFORMATION SHARING

The information you provide us is obtained electronically and will be shared with companies for the purpose of completing your order. Such as:

Delivery companies, e-commerce platforms and trusted payment processors,
We may need to hold on and use your information if there are any legal disputes.

SECURITY

It is our responsibility to ensure your information is kept safe. Our website is SSL secure.

As a small sole trader business, your information we only ever be viewed by myself. No paper copies of your details will be kept.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will need to keep your personal information to be able to fulfil your order, and then will need to keep hold of it for the purpose of complying with HMRC. Usually for 6 years.

Any pictures sent by you will be deleted after you have received your order (24 hours after)
