Hi, I'd just like to introduce myself... My name is Lisa Courtney-Rigby and I established Enchanted Cakes in 2011, serving the community of Wylde Green and beyond to bespoke hand made celebration cakes.
Since then I've continued to grow and develop new skills in the art of sugar and have become an accomplished sugar artist with a fitting new name...The Enchanted Cake Artist.

Over the years I've made thousands of cakes with edible sugar models, that range from cute little teddy bears to blood curdling zombies.

My heart though, is in children's cakes. Being a mom of 4 (3 are adults now) my world for the past 22 years has been taken over by dinosaurs, princesses, astronauts, and fairies... and I love it.
