Tutorials and classes

I'm The Enchanted Cake Artist, and after many years, and thousands of show stopping celebration cakes, I've decided the time has come to share all I have learnt with you.

 

Having written Tutorials for Cake Craft and Decoration, and Saracino magazines, plus performed Demonstrations for Saracino and The British Sugarcraft Guild, I want to really start focusing on where I know many of you are struggling...Modelling.

I'm in the process of creating Sugarcraft Tutorials and planning future Sugar modelling classes so that by mid 2023 I'll have a good selection to inspire you.
